Do you support small businesses for beginners?
Yes, we would like to support startups from 0 to 1. We provide some suggestions and the one stop service and solutions, from designs, samples, production, packaging to shipment.
Can you do my Custom designs?
Yes, we mainly do OEM and ODM. We have inhouse design team to help do tech drawings and prototypes according to your design ideas, sketch or pics.
Can I acquire some samples and with my Logo?
Yes, we have many stocks. The samples in stock are available, and we can add your logo on the samples. Besides, we also can make Custom new samples according to your design and requirements.
What material glasses can you make?
We have 3 production lines for Injection, metal and Acetate manufacturing. Injection material are PC, CP, TR90, Rubber Injection, Floating, Eco and Recyclable Material. Metal are Cupronickel, Stainless Steel, Titanium and Aluminum. Acetate are Cellulose Acetate, BIO Acetate, and Recyclable Acetate
What is the MOQ?
We provide lower MOQ for startups compared to others. For samples, 1 pcs each color. For stocks, 12 pcs per color. For Custom, 100 pcs per color.
What is the Lead Time?
Drawing is 3-5 days. Sampling is 30-40 days. The mass production, Injection is 40-50 days, Metal is 50-60 days, Acetate is 70-80 days.
What is your payment term?
It is 30% deposit, and then balance before shipment. We also provide OA payment term to support our strategic and reliable partners.
How do you ensure the Quality?
With over 19 years of industry experience behind us, no effort is spared when it comes to the quality of our products. We follow ISO9000 certified production guidelines, different country quality standards required and our QC team conducts rigorous 6-step inspection progress. All accessories have to be inspected after they arrive, and a sample will be made to approval first, then the main production processes will be inspected by special inspectors, and finally, every pair will be inspected during assembling and packaging to ensure 100% all reach our quality standard. Besides, some clients will also do test by AQL before making shipment.We pay much more attention to the quality of products and has been certified by BSCI, FDA, CE, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 certificates.
